WYOMING REGISTERED AGENT AND
VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES

Annual Fee $100.00

The Majors Law Firm, P.C. can serve as Registered Agent for your Business Entity. Pursuant to Wyoming Law, each business entity formed in the State of Wyoming, or registered to do business in the State of Wyoming, is required to designate a Wyoming Registered Agent. A Wyoming Registered Agent may be a resident of the State of Wyoming, or a Wyoming Business Entity with a physical address in the State of Wyoming.

The Wyoming Registered Agent is the local contact person for the Business Entity in the State of Wyoming, and is responsible for accepting legal documents physically served upon the Business Entity, which would typically only occur if the Business Entity were named as a party in a legal proceeding. The Wyoming Registered Agent will then forward the legal documents on to the Business Entity. There is typically a limited amount of time in which to respond to the legal documents served upon the Business Entity, such as a Complaint in a lawsuit, so it is important that the Business Entity select a reliable Registered Agent. Contact us to learn more about our Registered Agent Services.
